The Neural Systems and Applications (NSA) Committee’s goal is to promote and give recognition to activities in neural computing field in the Circuits and Systems Society. Areas of interest include but are not limited to simulation, optimization, implementation, and algorithms pertaining to pattern recognition, signal classification, learning, and searching.
